COMMENTS ACCOMPANYING COMPLAINT SUPPORT
The ONE VOICE Formal Complaint has been supported by
hundreds of New Forest Residents and visitors.
Those who logged their support also had the option to make further
comments, and we list below a ‘snapshot of views’.

Comments: The New Forest has been well cared for over hundreds of years
without the advice of the new National Park Authority. Long may it do so and
allow the local inhabitants who love and care for it to continue in the
footsteps of thir forefathers.

hang their heads in shame as they apologise to us, THE RESIDENTS, of the Forest
who have been traumatised by the worry of what will happen if their plans are
allowed to proceed without drastic alteration? This has been a fine
example of demonstrating the wrong way to consult with people. In
industry heads would roll for such action - those responsible for this should
be invited to resign forthwith.

into being and that One Voice's exposing of their malpractices is to be applauded.

exercise and race our sled dogs and to just spend time visiting friends and
walking. if the park was to ban dogs we would not come down and hence local
businesses would suffer the loss of our revenue! please do not ban dogs from
the forest!!!!!

& subsidies & the Authority now wishes to deny & limit access to the
very taxpayers who pay for the management of the Forest by using a corrupt
consultation process. Disgusting. Those in authority need to be reminded they

I horse ride there every month. Dog walkers & Horse Riders respect
the land like it is their own and it would be awful to be restricted to certain

Comments: I am a regular visitor to all areas of the New Forest and
enjoy the freedom provides me and my friends to ride, park my car, walk, and
observe the various facets and wildlife within its confines. I believe the
NFNPA comprises neurotic members of disparate groups who are jealous of that
freedom and have in particular a vendetta against dogs and their handlers. They
lack a cohesive and focused policy other than to restrict access and make it a
sterile environment for all other then themselves.

Comments: As a long standing resident of the New Forest I fully support
the complaints put forward by the "One Voice" Group. The NPA
should back down and LISTEN to the general publics views.

to the points raised by Onevoice appear brief, uninformative and hostile.
This is in contrast to televised interviews where their
responses appear 'soft' and reassuring. Which is the real NPA?
I fear it is the former.
